Despite our wildly warm and odd Minnesota winter, there’s still so much to love about our state even without our normal snow to play in! Jake and Annie took me to the ice during their engagement session and we watched the sun set over the frozen tundra as they attempted to keep one another warm!! There may have been lots of fishermen in the distance but we manage to keep them out of our shots! I think having them in the background may have just slightly distracted from the romantic vibe of this session! 🙂

From frozen tundra to a grove of beautiful evergreen trees, I just loved spending time with these two so much! I am looking forward to the big change in temperatures for their August wedding at Bracketts Crossing in Lakeville this summer!
